A new menu has been added to the popular buffet at Echigo-Matsudai Satoyama Shokudo this summer as well as one-day special dinner on Saturday 17 August. Enjoy Beautiful embroideries and colouring in of satoyama of Matsudai at Matsudai Nohbutai and enjoy local delicacies from summer.
The new memu is supervised by Fumio Yonezawa who produced special exclusive lunch at TSUMARI KITCHEN (at NUNAGAWA Campus) to the ETAT2018 tour parcitipants including "Fukinoto and Tomato curry", "Tataki Cucumber and Kagura Nanban" and "Itouchi and marinade Grapefruites".

In addition, Sumi Shioda chef who cooked at TSUMARI KITCHEN for 50-days during ETAT2018 will help run the Satoyama Shokudo during this summer. New sweets including "Eggplant Crème Brulee" and "Tanada Bank rice powder matcha roll cake" are waiting for you to try!
The one-day exclusive dinner on Saturday 17 August will be held - enjoy Satoyama Shokudo in evening.
