Yukimigozen is the exclusive meal for participants in guided tours in winter. This Yukimigozen at Bar Echigo-Shinanogawa is to offer an opportunities with non-tour participants to experience such atomosphere by referring to time when fishing was popular under the supervision of Shige Tamura who has been looking into traditional meal as the head of Sasayama Jomon Donguri Club.
