Play in a giant slide in Matsudai

A gigantic slide appears in Joyama for limited time only this winter. Enjoy the traditional "papa-slide" or other sliding techniques.

Explore Joyama with Kanjiki (snow shoes)

Put a pair of Kanjiki (snow shoes) and follow local guide and walk around Joyama, a hilly area behind Matsudai Nohbutai.
Morning from 10:00- / Afternoon from 13:00-(The walk takes approximately 60 min. No booking is required)

The 8th Matsudai Mountain Sled Festival

Taking an inspration from a big sled for carrying large tress in a snow country, artists and local people pull visitors on the large sled.
