On Saturday, September 20th, 2025, the ”Echigo-Tsumari Art Field Day” will be held at the NUNAGAWA Campus. It is a festival that transcends nationality and age, open to participation from children to adults. It is a festival that embraces the nature, history, and food of Echigo-Tsumari, free from being bound by the elements of art.

"Echigo-Tsumari KapuKapu Ensemble," in which local residents and professional musicians play farm instruments, will continue to bring their diverse sounds to the Kamigo Clove Theatre in 2025. Please enjoy the upgraded stage from last year. New songs will also be performed.

The "Echigo-Tsumari Art Field 2025" program will be held from July 19! This year's Common Ticket includes a special offer that eliminates the need for advance reservations for the Kiyotsu Gorge Tunnel 《Tunnel of Light》.

In the summer of 2025, the MonET corridor will host a special exhibition under the direction of BankART1929.
The MonET corridor, designed by Hiroshi Hara, stands in the midst of the overwhelming natural beauty of Tsumari, and the architecture surrounds a symbol of nature called a "pond.
In this exhibition, a variety of artworks that feel “wind” will be placed around the pond (water), creating a unified space
that resonates like an orchestra, including the architecture itself. Akinori Matsumoto's sound objects will resonate cool sounds throughout the building, while Tatsuji Ushijima's works will spin and rotate with the wind. Aiko Yamamoto's fabrics, which are
carried by the air currents, are eventually covered with the colors of plants and trees, while Hiroji Ihara's sculptures, which represent the cycles of animals and other living creatures, move forward in the wind.
The wind connects us to the unseen: time, change, signs, memories, emotions, and the unseen future. We invite you to spend a moment in this space and experience various kinds of “wind”. Workshops by participating artists will also be held.

An installation of curtains weaving memories from memorable clothes will be created at the NUNAGAWA Campus. A vintage clothing workshop will also be held during the exhibition period.

Hachi & Seizo Tashima Museum of Picture Book Art and Fruits of the Forest held an exhibition of original drawings for 『Hear the forest singing』Tashima Seizo tale of forest regeneration and love!
