Born in Saitama Prefecture, the artist and textile dyeing specialist, graduated from Kuwasawa Design School in 2004 and Musashino Art University in 2006. The artist’s work is driven by a desire to uncover the essence of the subtle presence or possibly the laws of nature or the truths of the world. She explores and expresses this quest through the acts of dyeing and twisting materials. In recent years, she has presented installation outdoors.
