After working for a company, the artist enrolled in the Faculty of Art and Design at Tama Art University, where She studied spatial design. Graduating as valedictorian in 2012, she adopted the concept of “seeing, touching, and listening” to create handcrafted works through self-taught woodworking. Her creations have been exhibited in museums, science centres, and art events, while also collaborating with companies such as MUJI, Karimoku, Benesse, and Tokyo Disney Resort. She has also been recognised with a Merit Award at One Show (New York), one of the world’s top three advertising awards.
