Set up in the Piloti space under Matsudai Nohbutai, pinhole cameras create opportunities for visitors to experience and play with colourful artworks. The artist, being a photographer, has created these works in order to allow visitors to experience what happens within a camera. When you see an upside-down image of the landscape projected inside the artwork, it brings a sense of wonder that surely viewers first felt when the camera and photography were invented.
