About the artwork

Set in a sumo ring which was once used for fun by locals during off-season of farming, the artist laid white porcelain made in Jingdezhen, China, along the circle of m in diameter with help from locals. Using familiar items used by himself and his family members, the artist reproduced them by using traditional casting technique. They were broken into pieces and then composed into a large-scale installation by the artist. The installation stimulated divers imaginations of visitors.
