About the artwork

Based in Australia, Snuff Puppets has been touring around the world from Europe to Asia to South America, running workshops and giving performances for last sixteen years. They are known for creating gigantic puppets shows in collaboration with audiences. For the 2015 festival, they will stay in Echigo-Tsumari and engage with local people and present the outcome of their residency at Matsudai Nohbutai.
