About the artwork
By organizing numerous workshops，the artist made a resting space where people can also sell their goods，and at the same time used as an observatory. It is located on the way to the James Turrell’s “House of Lights”. It also has water fountains and a counter. From the work，visitors can see the Shinano River in a distance.
