An exhibition that introduces the entire work of the artist from the 1950s to the present day. It pays particular attention to the artist’s project from 1999 which investigated the environment of Echigo-Tsumari, and also displays a diorama created using records from 2000 onwards of the movement and river terraces of the Shinanogawa River. A valuable opportunity to learn more about the changes of Echigo-Tsumari’s land and region along with the artist’s own thoughts and inspirations.
