The creative team goes beyond the framework of the traditional Yue Opera and present a collaborative work with young composers and actors from abroad in diverse genres. The original piece created for ETAT2018 is by young team called ” On Harmony As Such / On the Harmony of Men” – a contemporary theatrical play about a story of father and son who followed his dream of becoming a composer and moved to a big metropolis which will be presented in colourful costumes and over the European string quartet, and Chinese percussion instrument. The making of the theatrical play, “疊韻論” will also be screened to the public.
