[April 18 Only] Katakuri no Yado: A 2-Day, 1-Night Trip to Butcher and Eat Wild Boar with Local Hunters

In this program, you’ll have the opportunity to experience the process of butchering a wild boar—an animal you rarely encounter in everyday life—and cutting it into individual cuts. As you observe the hunter’s craftsmanship and wisdom, you’ll come to appreciate the significance behind each step of the process.
