Genta Honnoh

Japan

Born in 1978 in Hokkaido. Lives in Kanagawa. Since 2003, he has been creating delicate and broad “cardboard box sculptures” which are made of cardboard and painted with acrylic paints. In addition to solo and group exhibitions, Honnoh worked in collaboration the fields of theatre play, music and fashion. His major exhibitions were held in Kazeno Sawa Museum (Miyagi, 2012) and Funabashi Andersen Koen Kodomo Museum (Chiba, 2015) while he designed stage for theatrical pieces.
