Visual print artist. Ibashi returned to Japan in 2017 after studying fashion and textile at University of the Arts London. IBASHI has been creating artworks under the concept, “an unrealistic world born from the ordinary”. All of her artworks are expressed by common features such as daring and vivid visual images that directly stimulate viewers’ brain and unique patterns and motifs in unusual colours. Ibashi presents artworks at exhibitions and competitions both nationally and internationally. Ibashi was selected for the sixth position in the DIGITAL-NONREPRESENTATIONAL in 2019 and shortlisted as finalists for International Artist Grand Prize in Taiwan in 2020 and 2021
