An artist duo consisting of Michael Elmgreen (born 1961 in Copenhagen, Denmark) and Ingar Dragset (born 1969 in Trondheim, Norway), currently based in Berlin. They
pursue issues of identity and belonging from a socio-cultural perspective. They are interested in the discourses that may arise when objects are recontextualized and the
usual modes of presenting art are altered.
