Born in Takasaki City in 1983. Graduated from the Department of Sculpture at Tama Art University in 2006; currently serves as a part-time lecturer in the Department of Sculpture at Tama Art University. He creates massive murals using paper clay and Styrofoam, and in 2016, he won the Grand Prize at the Taro Okamoto Award. His artistic practice spans a wide range of media, including sculpture, painting, picture books, costume design, video, and performance art.
