Otsuka Hirota: Otsuka leads “COMMEDIA DELL’ARTE” . Otsuka actively appears in films, soap operas, and TV commercials. Otsuka studied theatre in NY from 2002 and moved to Italy after an encounter with COMMEDIA DELL’ARTE. Otsuka has expanded the field of activity into film productions after returning to Japan in 2009 and received attentions for the roles he played in films such as the series of “Library War” and “64”.
