Born in 1982 in Yunnan Province in China, currently
resides in Beijing. Being a member of an ethnic minority, Tai people. The artist was educated under the influence of the Buddhism, Confucianism, and Taoism from which he draws inspirations for his creation. He is interested in the development of contemporary society and social issues, poses questions through his artworks exploring the inner, psychological world from surface to essential, connecting the material and spiritual worlds to stimulate viewers’ thought process.
