About the artwork
The artists’ set up Echigo-Tsumari Superchannnel, to transmit live broadcasts featuring local people over the Interenet from a studio set up in the Tokamachi Information Library. Here three members of Superflex are broadcasting a choral performance by children from Tokamachi West Nursery School.
