About the artwork
CLIP created a comprehensive design for the entrance to the hot spring area and its parking lot. The booths include signs, a rest area, and rest rooms. Several are movable so that the parking lot can be rearranged for events or snow removal. Their design was inspired by the tall lanterns tradirionally used at inns.
