About the artwork

The artist, who has long been interested in old houses, offered a contrasting colors and soft expression throughout this old house. The artist tried to defy the stereotyped Ikebana through this outstanding “Ikebana” work. It ended up as a splendid dialogue with ceramic works, though the production time was very short.
