About the artwork
Let’s be friends with people from around the world!
A sports festival that embodies the essence of the Echigo-Tsumari Art Triennale with sports, dance, music, art, and food, engaging all senses. People from different nationalities, regions, generations, and backgrounds come together to prepare for and participate in a “sports festival” unique to Japan. In this community event, people form teams, play together cheer each other, and get to know each other over lunch. It will be a small step towards creating a world without war.
