Origami Workshop by Fuse Tomoko

We will hold an origami workshop by Fuse Tomoko, who is exhibiting her new work “UBUSUNA WHITE” at Ubusuna House. Fuse Tomoko will visit us to make “triangular units” shaped like kompeito (sugar candy), which are on display in the Dark Tea Room on the second floor of Ubusuna House.

  • Date & Time : 7/1 (Fri.) 14:00 registration starts, workshop starts at 14:30 (duration: about 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours) *The artwork will be closed on that day.
  • Venue : Ubusuna House, 3110 Higashi-Shitagumi, Tokamachi-shi, Niigata 949-8601
  • Capacity : 30 people
  • Conditions for participation: 4th grade elementary school students and older. Must have folded origami cranes before.
  • Fee: Admission to Ubusuna House (500 yen for high school students and older) or passport to view artwork.
  • What to bring :Please bring a bag to take home what you have made
