[From/to Echigo-Yuzawa Station] A: Echigo-Tsumari route
Digest tour of all six areas of Echigo-Tsumari. The tour will trace the history of the Echigo-Tsumari Art Triennale, focusing on the base facilities where new works and special exhibitions are developed. You can enjoy lunch at TSUMARI KITCHEN, where you will enjoy a new tour-only menu supervised by Chef Yonezawa Fumio .

[From/to Tokamachi station] B: Tokamachi and Kawanishi route
This course takes you to the Tokamachi and Kawanishi areas on the north side of Echigo-Tsumari. You will enjoy Lunch at Ubusuna House, an old thatched-roof house where local mothers prepare dishes. If you are lucky, you may hear the famous Tokamachi Kouta.

[From/to Echigo-Yuzawa Station] C:Nakasato and Tsunan route
This tour visits the Nakasato and Tsunan areas at the southern tip of Echigo-Tsumari. The highlight of the tour is the village of Oakasawa in the unexplored Akiyamago region. You will be able to feel the dynamic nature and history rooted in the region. Those who do not feel comfortable driving on mountain roads can take the bus.

Dadang Christanto "A Hand is a Beautiful Thing" Windmill-making workshop
The event will be held for students attending Nakasato schools before the exhibition period and for visitors to the Seidayama Campsite during the exhibition period. They will be asked to make small windmill toys from recyclable materials such as plastic bottles, paper, cardboard, and aluminum cans, which will be displayed as part of their artwork.

"River Time" Kaki Tree Project in Matsudai 2024
In March 2001, the year after the first Echigo-Tsumari Art Trienniale, two "A-bombed persimmon trees II" were planted in Matsudai. Everyone painted pictures and words on flags and rings to decorate these trees. Let us entrust our thoughts of peace to the persimmon trees that have grown up so well.

Fox road trip / terraced rice field evening 2024.
The popular events of previous years will be held again this year! The 'Kitsune Road Trip' will be a workshop and the 'Evening in the Rice Terraces' will be an event to light up the rice terraces. Participants will make their own eco-friendly lanterns at Rakuraku D.I.Y. House iju and walk to the illuminated terraced rice field steps with the lanterns in hand. This event is a different way to enjoy the scenery of Tanokura village and the terraced rice paddy steps shortly after sunset, which is usually difficult to enjoy during the evening and evening hours.

In a luxurious, slightly bewitching, and variously gamey playground, join the author, Toyofuku Ryo, for a special game tournament where you can play mahjong, nostalgic games, slot machines, and more.

"Berry Spoon" jam making workshop & Cafe in 2024
Make your own original jam with freshly picked berries!
A jam-making workshop using berries grown by local mothers will be held at the cafe, which will be open for one month only. The Berry House, located inside the museum, will serve cold treats perfect for the hot summer.
