TSUMARI KITCHEN, the restaurant only open to the official tour participants, will present a special dinner to celebrate the finale of the festival. Fumio Yonezawa, supervisor of the TSUMARI KITCHEN and chef Shiota, the chef of the restaurant will cook the special dinner for one-night only as a thanks token for local people. Book your seat and only 50 people who are very lucky will be able to experience this special occasion.

About chefs

Fumio Yonezawa

He went to New York in 2002 after working in restaurants in Tokyo and was appointed as the first Japanese chef appointed as a sous chef at the three-star French restaurant, “Jean-Georges” in New York. He was the head chef in many restaurants after coming back to Japan and has become the chef de cuisine at Jean-George Tokyo since they first entered into the Japanese market in 2014. He is currently preparing for opening his own restaurant.
