The exhibition of Ilya and Emilia Kabakov prior to the launch of ETAT2021

In the lead up to the launch of ETAT2021 this summer, we are pleased to have opened the exhibition “16 Ropes” by Ilya and Emilia Kabakov on 13 March. While the exhibition will be presented at Echigo-Tsumari Satoyama Museum of Contemporary Art, KINARE during ETAT2021, this pre-opening provides a special occasion to see the exhibition set in the Matsudai History Museum, a farm house in the snow in early spring.
