■Mayubito: Three new characters are now available!
Character goods made from cocoons.Each one is carefully handmade by the mothers of the village. There are a wide variety of mayubito.It has become a new Echigo-Tsumari specialty.
■ TSUMARI Ice Cream
The package design (by Eriko Kawakami) features people planting rice, shoveling snow, and playing in the snow, based on the theme of Echigo-Tsumari’s natural blessings and its people.
Three flavors
・Tanada Rice Milk: The flavor of terraced rice, Koshihikari rice produced in Uonuma, fills your mouth with the richness of the milk.
・Strawberry marble & cookies: Crunchy cookies are placed under the ice cream mixed with Echigohime strawberry puree, which is less sour and more fragrant.
・Chamame Salt (to be released in the summer): Made with locally grown aromatic Chamame. A sprinkle of salt as an accent.
■ TSUMARI Beer: (limited art Triennale label)
Craft beer jointly developed with local Tsumari Beer. The label design (by Kawakami Eriko ) features a heavy snow scenery in the center and snow-related reading material at both ends. The beer has a mild bitterness, a malty flavor, and a moderate hop aroma, making it an familiar beer.Gift sets are also available.
