Started production of animation since being a university student and has screened collaborative productions with Kohei Matsumura at film festivals both in Japan and beyond. “WHILE THE CROW WEEPS” received a new talent award from the Japan Media Arts Festival by Japan’s Agency for Cultural Affairs. Currently in production of “Shinkai no niji”. Launched a collaborative production “Mariomation” with JIJO since 2012.

Film writer. Started production of films and photographies in Kyoto since early 2000. In addition to his own works, he has been contributing his creativities to others. One of the major productions from the 2010s includes the production of animation “WHILE THE CROW WEEPS” with Makiko Sukikara in 2013 which received the Japan Media Arts Festival by Japan’s Agency for Cultural Affairs. A film “Scene Missing” (2014) was screened in AVIFF and also performing as a member of 山/完全版 band. Since 2015, he has been touring with “Banana Trial” as a scriptwriter.
