Born in Tokyo in 1961. Since late 1980s, KAGEYAMA has been creating a series of artworks under the title “HERE-UPON” which position respective places being an important element of work. Kageyama regards relations or every experience in any incidents that form from creating artworks as the one and only work and engages with various projects across Japan and beyond. Kageyama has been continuously participating in ETAT since its first iteration in 2000.
