TAKANASHI Yuuri

Japan

Born in 1970 in Tokyo. She has presented her artworks since 1995 at both solo and group exhibitions such as Amabiki Village and Sculpture as well as created and presented artworks from her time in Bolivia and Mexico. Received grand-prix of Kanagawa Prefecture Art Award in 2002. In recent years, she produces sculptures using logs that are cut in half or one third, makes lots of holes to them and install them where they are.
