About the artwork

EAT & ART TARO produced and started “Restaurant Kamigo Clove Theatre”.
It is a performance restaurant where dishes using seasonal ingredients from Tsunan are served by local female chefs in a cheerful and fun theatrical style. The restaurant was inspired by the best-selling book of the Edo period, “Hokuetsu Seppu,” which describes life in the snow country, and was opened for a limited time only.
