Contemporary artist who works around food. After graduating from ooking school, he worked in restaurants and began to provide catering, helping produce cafes in museums, running workshops and creating artworks on food. He has presented his food-themed artworks at Echigo-Tsumari Art Triennale, Aichi Triennale, and Setouchi International Art Festival.
