About the artwork
The artist bought the over 100-year-old farmhouse seventeen years ago and renovate the house into a small art space in collaboration with Mikangumi (architect unit) and other contemporary artists. The house presents about a couple of dozens of collections of BankART1929 as permanent works. Staff members from BankART stay at the venue during the festival and run workshops with invited instructors.
