After enjoying the artworks, relax and unwind at the "Katakuri House," surrounded by the great outdoors. The inn's cuisine uses an abundance of wild vegetables and wild plants, and offers a balance of flavour, colour and nutrition, with a twist on local regional cuisine.

We are pleased to present a selection of hands-on artworks for children and adults alike, including new artworks for the 2024 Triennale. Many of the artworks are colorful and highly photogenic. Please be sure to take wonderful pictures of your loved ones with each other!　Lunch will be a buffet of dishes made with seasonal ingredients and fresh flavors. We will introduce the works including indoor and outdoor, so please enjoy them according to your physical condition and schedule of the day. *Please note that many facilities close at 16:00 in October and November.

We recommend you on a driving course around the indoor artworks so that you can enjoy the Echigo-Tsumari Art Triennale 2024 even on a bad weather day. In the Tokamachi area, you will see a variety of works that make use of the architecture of the snow country, such as vacant houses, abandoned schools, and warehouses! For lunch, please enjoy a limited menu at "Ubusuna House," a 100-year-old thatched old house restaurant. *Please note that many facilities close at 16:00 in October and November.

【Saturday, July 20】A stage performance of "86B210" by Suzuki Fumie and Iguchi Keiko will begin at the Shinmei Waterfront Park "Pavillon/Papillon." Reflecting on the history, songs, wishes, and the light and shadows that are passed down in the land of Niigata, they will attempt to embody the "undulation" through their expressions.
This tour will run from afternoon to evening. We will also provide light meals related to Ukraine. *In the event of inclement weather, the event will be canceled and the tour will also be cancelled.

This is a driving course that will take you around the entire Echigo-Tsumari region while visiting artworks. The course is full of old houses, abandoned schools, and famous spots in Echigo-Tsumari. Enjoy the Echigo-Tsumari Art Triennale 2024 with all your senses while taking in the magnificent nature, a total of 311 artworks including new artworks and masterpieces, and seasonal cuisine! After admiring the artworks, let the daily fatigue drop away in the hot spring resort town of Matsunoyama.

We have prepared a one-day model course for those who use public transportation. This course includes a bus tour of Kiyotsukyo, one of the three major valleys in Japan, and Owarino Shopping Street, where many new artworks are being developed. After enjoying viewing artworks in the area in Nakasato and Tsunan, take the Onsen and experience the nature of Echigo-Tsumari.
